- His/her ID.
- Your name and race (distance).
- Written authorization from you to pick up your packet. Note: written authorization may be electronic (e.g., emails or text messages on phone screens).
- Runners who are not picking up own race BIBs will not be eligible for any applicable USATF awards.
- Minors – Parent/
guardian of minors must show ID
Free parking will be available throughout the Downtown District and in the parking lots near several surrounding churches on Main Street. We advise arriving early to ensure that you are on-time to the event.
The race is held rain or shine. Weather forecasts will be monitored prior to the event, with special attention placed on the possibility of flooding, thunder and lightning, high winds and extreme temperatures. If necessary, participants will be made aware of these conditions and possible dangers on this website, as well as through other means of communication such as e-mail, social media and public address announcements. Race officials, in consultation with the city of Duncanville, National Weather Service and DoMore Race Services, will monitor the weather and make a decision if any action will be taken to modify the race start-time.
