Packet Pick-up


Packet pick-up will be held at Ben Franklin Apothecary on Thursday, October 11th and Friday, October 12th.  Walk up registration will also be available on the day of the event.  However, to get the best deal on the races and ensure we have your correct t-shirt size, please pre-register online by Oct. 6th. Remember to bring a picture ID upon picking up your race packet.

Friday, October 12th
10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Saturday, October 13th
7 a.m. – 8 a.m.

Race day packet pick up will be available near Ben Franklin Apothecary, but it is STRONGLY recommended that you pick up your packet the day before to guarantee shirt size and availability, and to reduce delays on race morning. Remember, you will be receiving several items when you pick up your packet. Those picking up on Saturday morning will need to be at packet pick up no later 45 minutes prior to race start (7:45am).

Registration will be available at Ben Franklin Apothecary Friday & Saturday.  Race-day registration for both races will be at the Run-Far tent located near the start line.  T-shirts/goodie bags are not guaranteed for walk-up participants!

We will allow you to pick up for a friend or family member as long as they are not running for any USATF awards. You will need to bring a copy of their photo ID.

Free parking will be available throughout the Downtown District and in the parking lots near several surrounding churches on Main Street.   We advise arriving early to ensure that you are on-time to the event.

WEATHER CONDITIONS                                                                                                   The race is held rain or shine. Weather forecasts will be monitored prior to the event, with special attention placed on the possibility of heavy rain, thunder and lightning, high winds and extreme temperatures. If necessary, participants will be made aware of these conditions and possible dangers on this website, as well as through other means of communication such as e-mail, social media and public address announcements. Race officials, in consultation with the city of Duncanville, National Weather Service and DoMore Race Services, will monitor the weather and make a decision if any action will be taken to modify the race start-time.
