Race day packet pick up will be available near Ben Franklin Apothecary, but it is STRONGLY recommended that you pick up your packet the day before to guarantee shirt size and availability, and to reduce delays on race morning. Remember, you will be receiving several items when you pick up your packet. Those picking up on Saturday morning will need to be at packet pick up no later 45 minutes prior to race start (7:45am).

Registration will be available at Ben Franklin Apothecary Friday & Saturday.  Race-day registration for both races will be at the Run-Far tent located near the start line.  T-shirts/goodie bags are not guaranteed for walk-up participants!

When possible, participants should pick up their own race packets at regular packet pickup.  For participants who are unable to do this, we offer two options:

  • Having someone else pick up your race packet.  In order to do this, the person will need to present:
    1. His/her ID.
    2. Your name and race (distance).
    3. Written authorization from you to pick up your packet. Note: written authorization may be electronic (e.g., emails or text messages on phone screens).
    4. Runners who are not picking up own race BIBs will not be eligible for any applicable USATF awards.
  • Minors – Parent/guardian of minors must show ID

Free parking will be available throughout the Downtown District and in the parking lots near several surrounding churches on Main Street.   We advise arriving early to ensure that you are on-time to the event.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Weather forecasts will be monitored prior to the event, with special attention placed on the possibility of flooding, thunder and lightning, high winds and extreme temperatures.
